1. Definitions

• Services: The purchase, sale, recycling, repair, leasing, or transport of pallets and related services offered by the Company.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all offers, agreements, and contracts between the Company and the Customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

3. Offers & Orders

1. All offers on our website are non-binding and subject to availability.

2. Orders are considered accepted only after written confirmation by the Company.

3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Prices & Payment

1. All prices are stated in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

6. Returns & Complaints

1. Complaints regarding quantity, quality, or defects must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

2. If no complaint is submitted within this timeframe, the delivery will be deemed accepted.

3. In case of justified complaints, the Company may choose to replace, repair, or refund the affected goods.

7. Warranties & Liability

1. We guarantee that our products meet the usual quality standards and applicable regulations.

2. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, delays, or consequential damages.

3. Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice amount of the order concerned.

4. Liability is excluded for damages caused by improper use, storage, or handling of pallets by the Customer.

8. Recycling & Environmental Responsibility

1. Customers who deliver pallets for recycling confirm that the goods are free of hazardous materials and legally tradable.

2. The Company reserves the right to reject pallets that pose environmental or safety risks.

9. Pallet Leasing & Repair Services

1. Leasing agreements are subject to separate terms that will be provided upon contract.

2. Repaired pallets meet safety standards, but the Company is not liable for damage caused by improper use by the Customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our [Privacy Policy]. By using our website and services, you consent to such processing.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or transport disruptions.
